It can be a splendid and equally frustrating journey as we take steps forward, reach a state of alignment, and then revert to old patterns and habits.
This short series of writings on choice are from my experiences as I learned to balance the demands of my daily life with the life that I was creating. After many years of drifting, I needed to relearn and train myself to think and perceive differently in order to increase my vibrational frequencies and align with the guides. It can be a splendid and equally frustrating journey as we take steps forward, reach a state of alignment, and then revert to old patterns and habits.
We can choose to belittle ourselves and make the experience a stopping point for forward motion. Or we can notice the energy difference between that which we are leaving and that which we are transforming to, and which one we prefer.
It is wise to recognize, going so far as to write notes to remind ourselves, that each regression is actually an opportunity. We can choose to belittle ourselves and make the experience a stopping point for forward motion. Or we can notice the energy difference between that which we are leaving and that which we are transforming to, and which one we prefer. We can use self-honesty to note the triggers or reasons for the backward step and create a plan to recognize and be aware of them in our future. We can then use the experience of stepping into old patterns and behaviors as fuel to propel us in our transformation.
As we continue in this form of recognition, the backward steps occur less frequently and we are aware of the choices presented to us, and consciously decide which to partake in.
