Policies & Session Details

We want to make sure your healing session is a positive and transformational experience. To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, we request that you read and adhere to our policies. These policies include important information on payment, cancellations, and rescheduling. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide you with the best possible care.

Thank You For Honoring Our Time Together

Arrival & Departure

An intake at your arrival and a follow-up at the end of your sound and energy healing session will be conducted. This time is calculated into the length of your session, so arriving on time will ensure that you receive the full session experience. Please understand that if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session time, so as to not interfere with the following appointment. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your session, you will be charged for the full session and are welcome to receive whatever time remains. Unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please call immediately if you know you will be late, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Self-Care

By receiving healing services from Heather Anayaya, you agree to be an active participant in your self-care. This includes taking care of your body and mind by staying hydrated, getting enough rest, and practicing self-reflection. Together, we are partners in your healing journey and are committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Before scheduling your session, please read and sign the agreement and consent form for the type of service you wish to schedule.

Booking a session means that you have agreed to the terms of use.

Payment, Cancelation & Rescheduling

We want to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for each of our clients. Therefore, payment is required at the time of scheduling your appointment to reserve your session. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal payments for your convenience.

 

In case of a cancellation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are not provided for missed or canceled appointments. Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled. This policy enables you to experience your prepaid session at a future date of availability.

Missed appointments with no-call or no-show do not qualify for rescheduling or a refund of your payment. You are welcome to schedule a brand-new session. If you have missed your appointment or need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, please notify us to address the issue.
