YouTube channel 'Heather Anyaya: Reclaiming Wholeness' and on this website by Saturday.
Each meditation is designed to harmonize the vibration and frequencies of the physical body, energy bodies, thoughts, and emotions with the frequency of divine love. When applied with intention, their application increases awareness, aids relaxation, reduces stress responses, and improves our lives.
The practices are for application in daily life. Whether listening to the recordings or practicing on your own, daily application steadily increases the ability to remain in harmonized frequency and transform yourself and your life, assist others, and aid the Earth in her restoration.
The weekly guided practices of intention range from under 5 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Each is uniquely channeled through Heather Anayaya.
Wear comfortable clothing
If able, be in a location without distraction or interruption
Walk, sit, or lie down in a comfortable position
Give yourself permission to relax, play, imagine, and have fun
Intentionally let go of expectations. There is no right or wrong way to experience and each time you may experience it differently
